The court held that revocation of a former spouse’s life-insurance beneficiary status under 15 O.S.2011 § 178(A) does not occur upon entry of a bifurcated divorce order when property and other issues remain unresolved.

The court held that the sale of residential property by the Coulimore Family Living Trust was exempt from the Residential Property Condition Disclosure Act because the sellers acted as trustees, neither trustee occupied the property, and the sale occurred in the administration of a trust.
