The court held that a mother's hatred of her illegitimate daughter, even if unreasonable and unsupported by a disclosed reason, was not an insane delusion because it was based on actual circumstances rather than a figment of imagination. The evidence also did not establish that the testatrix lacked testamentary capacity when she executed the will.
