The Court reversed an injunction requiring the decedent's personal representative to bury his remains because the movants failed to introduce a written document executed by the decedent that satisfied the statutory requirements for controlling disposition of remains.

The court held that the decedent's son was a pretermitted heir under the decedent's holographic will because the will neither mentioned him nor expressed an intent to disinherit him in strong and convincing language.
