1981 opinions

The Nevada Supreme Court affirmed Rudy Bolden's robbery conviction, holding that substantial evidence supported the jury's verdict. The court declined to reweigh conflicting identification and alibi evidence because credibility determinations belong to the jury and a supported verdict will not be disturbed on appeal.

The Nevada Supreme Court affirmed the judgment enforcing the agreement’s default provision: oral notice was sufficient because the agreement did not require written notice, and the agreement did not indicate that the parties intended a mortgage or other security device subject to foreclosure statutes.
