The Montana Supreme Court reversed and remanded the case, holding that a plaintiff's contributory negligence does not reduce recovery when the defendant's conduct is willful or wanton, and that evidence of the defendant's prior guilty pleas for supplying liquor to minors was irrelevant and inadmissible.
