Summary

The court affirmed most of the divorce judgment but reversed the treatment of the children’s trusts’ interests in a Florida property and remanded for valuation of those interests. It upheld the classifications and divisions of the other disputed assets, the equitable distribution of marital property, and the child- and spousal-support awards because the trial court’s findings were supported by evidence and were not an abuse of discretion. It also held that post-judgment orders entered after the notice of appeal could not be enumerated as error.
