The court held that the state constitution does not bar taking dental impressions from an accused because the impressions are evidence taken from him, not evidence produced by compelling him to perform an incriminating act. It therefore reversed the order suppressing the impressions.

The court upheld the defendants' feticide convictions, concluding that the statutory term "quick" sufficiently informs ordinary people of the prohibited conduct and does not invite arbitrary enforcement.
