Summary
The Rhode Island Supreme Court adopted the Unauthorized Practice of Law Committee’s findings that Leonidas Medina and Southside Professional Services held themselves out as authorized to practice law and violated multiple statutes. The Court ordered the Committee’s report and transcripts be referred to the Attorney General for civil and criminal prosecution and to Disciplinary Counsel for possible action against Attorney Thomas DeSimone.
