The Oregon Supreme Court held that the juvenile court properly exercised temporary emergency jurisdiction under ORS 109.751 to enter dependency judgments making the children wards, but it exceeded that jurisdiction by ordering parents to take specified actions to regain custody; those portions are vacated.
