Summary

The Oklahoma Supreme Court affirmed that Johnston County was the proper venue for the probate, admitted the 2018 Will to probate, held that the photocopied 2019 Will could not be admitted and therefore did not revoke the 2018 Will, and reversed the district court’s finding that Cheryl Moore had renounced her right to serve as personal representative. The case was remanded for further proceedings on the renunciation issue.
