Summary

The Supreme Court of Oklahoma held that a firefighter’s Plan B retirement account is divisible marital property to the extent that any funds in the account are attributable to the marriage when the divorce decree is silent on those funds. The Court affirmed the district court’s judgment ordering the husband to pay the wife her share of Plan A benefits transferred to Plan B, including interest, and vacated the Court of Civil Appeals decision.
