The Oklahoma Supreme Court held that Title 15, § 141.24(B) of the Service Warranty Act is not an unconstitutional special law and therefore applies to the vehicle service warranty at issue. Accordingly, the Court granted a writ of prohibition, reversed the trial court’s denial of partial summary judgment, and remanded the case for further proceedings consistent with this opinion.
