Summary

The court held that the probate court could determine the validity of the will admitted to probate but lacked jurisdiction to adjudicate the validity of an earlier revoked will or the validity of unrelated inter vivos transfers. It also held that joinder rules cannot enlarge the probate court’s limited subject-matter jurisdiction. The judgment affirming the lower court was affirmed.
