It held the appeal timely because only the later judgment adjudicated all claims without anticipating further action, upheld the interpretation of the 1964 warranty deed, determined no enforceable stipulation governed the 1952 royalty deed, and concluded that deed created a floating royalty. The Court therefore upheld the resulting division of suspended oil and gas proceeds.
