Summary

The court held that admitting the children's affidavits was legal error but harmless because the children gave cumulative live testimony. It affirmed the parenting-time modification, the mental examination and cost allocations, and the denial of contempt, but reversed the portion of the order giving a therapist unilateral authority over progression through the parenting plan and remanded for a court-supervised plan.
