Summary

The Court held that the common law crime of going armed to the terror of the public does not require the conduct to occur on or about a public highway. It further held that the indictment sufficiently alleged each element by stating that defendant caused a disturbance and waved a firearm in an apartment-complex parking lot, so the indictment was not jurisdictionally defective. The Court reversed the Court of Appeals decision vacating the conviction.
