Summary

The court held that defendants were not entitled to the Uniform Voidable Transactions Act's good-faith-purchaser defense because their status as co-principals in a joint venture imputed StoneHunt's knowledge of the fraudulent conveyance to them. The court reversed the Court of Appeals in part, vacated the trial court's judgment dismissing the voidable-transaction claims, and remanded for further proceedings. The court declined to reach plaintiff's argument that a UVTA violation is necessarily a violation of the UDTPA because that issue was outside the scope of discretionary review.
