Summary

The Court of Appeals affirmed defendant's burglary conviction, holding that the trial evidence was legally sufficient for a rational jury to find that he knowingly entered the store unlawfully and intended to commit a crime there. The court also held that defendant failed to preserve his challenge to the corroboration of his police statements and, in any event, the People presented additional proof that the charged offense had been committed.
