The Education Article allegations did not adequately plead a district-wide failure or causal connection between deficient inputs and educational outcomes; the equal protection allegations showed disparate impact and knowledge but not discriminatory intent; and the NYSHRL allegations did not identify specific students denied admission by an identified discriminatory screening mechanism. The court therefore modified the Appellate Division's order and affirmed it as modified.
