The Court held that the provisions of the testatrix's will creating a trust that would continue beyond two lives in being were void as they unlawfully suspended alienation, and that the contingency language in the will refers to death whenever it occurs when the prior devise is a life estate. Accordingly, title vested in John B. Fowler and then in his heirs.
