The Court affirmed the judgment, holding that under the statutes of 1848 and 1849 a married woman may acquire absolute title to real and personal property on credit, that the plaintiff's purchase of the farm and cattle was bona fide and not fraudulent, that a replevin action may be brought by the owner against a constable who levied execution, and that the trial court properly admitted evidence concerning agency and possession.
