Summary

The New Jersey Supreme Court held that the lifetime registration and notification requirements for juvenile sex offenders under N.J.S.A. 2C:7-2(g) violate the substantive due process guarantee of the State Constitution, and therefore are unconstitutional as applied to juveniles; consequently, juveniles may seek relief after fifteen years under subsection (f).
