The Nevada Supreme Court affirmed orders denying relief from a discovery-sanctions dismissal under NRCP 60(b). It held that substantial evidence supported denial of relief for excusable neglect, that a dismissal order is not prospective for purposes of NRCP 60(b)(5), and that NRCP 60(b)(6) could not be used to repackage an excusable-neglect claim. The court therefore affirmed the denial of all requested post-judgment relief.
