Summary

The Nebraska Supreme Court affirmed Woolridge-Jones' convictions for second degree murder, second degree assault, and two counts of using a deadly weapon to commit a felony, as well as his sentences. It held that the district court did not abuse its discretion by excluding expert testimony about peritraumatic dissociation because the testimony did not explain how the condition affected the required intent and lacked an adequate foundation.
