Summary

The Nebraska Supreme Court affirmed most of the district court's dissolution decree but reversed and remanded the property division, modifying the marital estate to include the LLC appreciation, carpet and tile, and the value of Clint D. Seemann, P.C., and correcting the valuation of Lisa's retirement accounts. It also adjusted the Liquidity Access Line payment and eliminated Lisa's equalization payment.
