The Missouri Supreme Court dismissed the State’s appeal because the circuit court’s order dismissing only three of seven indictment counts was not a final judgment. The Court held that under § 547.200.2 and Rule 30.01(a) a final judgment must dispose of all disputed issues before the State may appeal. Consequently, the appeal was dismissed in its entirety.
