The Supreme Court of Missouri made permanent its preliminary writ of mandamus, holding that the circuit court lacked authority to grant Ware's motion to change venue because he did not file it together with his earlier application for a change of judge. Rule 51.06(a) required both requests to be joined in a single application, and Ware's failure to do so waived his right to seek the additional change of venue. The Court therefore ordered the case retransferred to St. Charles County.
