The court held that the City failed to preserve its challenge to the admission of Wilson’s workers’ compensation disability rating because the continuing objection did not identify the objection’s legal basis and a motion in limine preserved nothing for appellate review. The court further held that litigation expenses could not be awarded as court costs under the Missouri Human Rights Act, but reasonable out-of-pocket expenses normally charged to fee-paying clients could be included in an award of reasonable attorney fees.
