The Court held that the Missouri Human Rights Act does not provide a remedy to an Iowa employee whose alleged discriminatory harms occurred solely in Iowa, even when related employment decisions were made in Missouri. The Court nevertheless quashed the preliminary writ of prohibition because Anheuser-Busch could obtain adequate relief by appealing after final judgment. The circuit court was permitted to reconsider the motion to dismiss in light of controlling authority issued after its ruling.
