In Re: the Rules of Civil Procedure

Summary

The en banc court amended Appendix A to the Mississippi Rules of Civil Procedure by incorporating three form subpoenas for production or inspection, depositions, and hearings or trials. The forms were added on the court's own motion after the court determined that they should become part of the rules, effective immediately upon entry of the order. The Mississippi Judicial College was permitted, but no longer required, to post the forms online.
