The Court held that Livingston County was a proper venue for prosecuting defendant under an aiding-and-abetting theory because the alleged principal committed the delivery causing death there. Under the aiding-and-abetting statute, an accomplice may be prosecuted as if the accomplice directly committed the principal's offense, even when the accomplice's own acts occurred in another county. The Court further held that any challenge to the evidentiary basis for probable cause belonged in a motion to quash the bindover, not a venue challenge.
