Summary

The court held that evidence was sufficient to support Keith Krikstan's conviction for sexual abuse of a minor because his in-school expression of anger and jealousy about the minor's attraction to another adult was related to, affected, and formed part of his ongoing sexual exploitation of her outside school. An act need not itself be overtly sexual or criminal to involve sexual exploitation when assessed in context. The court reversed the intermediate appellate judgment and directed that the trial-court judgment be affirmed.
