Summary

The court affirmed dismissal of the grandmother's appeal for lack of appellate jurisdiction. It held that the challenged June order concerned nonappealable placement, that any challenge to kinship-placement restrictions had to be timely brought from the earlier temporary-custody order, and that post-termination custody orders were not appealable under the governing statute.
