Summary

The court affirmed Moss’s convictions, holding that the trial court did not plainly err by omitting a confession-corroboration instruction, and that Moss’s mistrial claim was unpreserved. Any error in admitting generalized domestic-violence expert testimony was harmless, and none of Moss’s ineffective-assistance claims satisfied the deficiency requirement. The court also rejected cumulative-error relief because Moss failed to establish at least two trial errors.
