Yntema v. Smith

Summary

The Supreme Court of Georgia denied the petition for a writ of certiorari from an interlocutory order imposing broad speech restrictions. The concurring opinion agreed that Yntema had consented to the order and waived any rights it might otherwise implicate, but expressed substantial concerns about the restrictions as applied to Yntema's nonparty wife, Kitty, including possible free-speech and due-process violations.
