Summary

The court affirmed Stryker’s convictions except for aggravated-assault and aggravated-battery convictions that should have merged into the malice-murder conviction. Any limitation on closing argument concerning the plea-benefit sentences of two testifying co-defendants was harmless beyond a reasonable doubt, and the remaining challenged closing-argument and jury-instruction claims failed because they were unpreserved or lacked merit.
