The Court affirmed Remler’s felony-murder conviction, holding that the evidence was constitutionally and statutorily sufficient and that the challenged expert-testimony ruling, jury instructions, and ineffective-assistance claims did not warrant relief. Any assumed error in limiting the defense neurologist’s testimony was harmless because the excluded theory was cumulative and unlikely to affect the verdict.
