Summary

The court affirmed Milton’s convictions for malice murder and possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, concluding that the trial evidence was constitutionally sufficient. The jury could credit evidence identifying Milton as the shooter and, alternatively, could find him guilty as a party to the crimes based on his coordinated conduct with the shooter before, during, and after the shooting. The court limited its review to the offenses on which Milton was sentenced because the remaining convictions were merged or vacated.
