Miller v. State

Summary

The court affirmed Miller’s convictions for malice murder and aggravated assault after concluding that evidence of two prior incidents involving his wife was properly admitted, or at least did not constitute reversible plain error. The prior incidents were relevant to the nature of Miller’s relationship with his wife and to motive despite his self-defense theory, and the evidence was not shown to be substantially more prejudicial than probative.
