It rejected the requirement that the defendant must be expressly advised on the record of each of the three rights identified in the governing precedent, overruled Georgia decisions imposing automatic reversal for that omission, and affirmed Green’s convictions because the record showed that he understood his charges, rights, plea terms, and likely consequences.
