Summary

The Supreme Court of Georgia affirmed Bennett’s convictions, holding that the evidence was constitutionally sufficient to support malice murder and that the trial court’s alleged errors concerning the prior robbery conviction were harmless. The court also held that Bennett was not entitled to an accident instruction because the evidence showed that he acted with criminal intent while attempting to rob the victim. All Justices concurred.
