Summary

The court reversed the habeas court’s order vacating Edenfield’s death sentence, holding that the additional evidence of intellectual functioning would not create a reasonable probability that any juror would have chosen a sentence other than death. It also rejected Edenfield’s guilt-phase intellectual-disability, custodial-statement, forensic-evidence, juror, prosecutorial-misconduct, collective-prejudice, and other ineffective-assistance claims to the extent addressed.
