The Supreme Court of Georgia affirmed Simmons’s convictions for felony murder, aggravated assault, and gang-related offenses. It held that the evidence was sufficient, any instructional errors were either nonexistent or did not satisfy plain-error prejudice, and Simmons failed to establish ineffective assistance of counsel.
