Renfro v. State

Summary

The court affirmed Renfro’s convictions because any error in admitting his unwarned pre-arrest statements was harmless beyond a reasonable doubt. The court assumed without deciding that Renfro was subjected to custodial interrogation, but concluded that the statements were cumulative of other evidence supporting the State’s insanity and intentional-concealment arguments.
