Perkins v. State

Summary

The court affirmed Perkins’s convictions for malice murder and related offenses, holding that the evidence was sufficient to support the aggravated-assault and burglary convictions. It also held that the trial court acted within its discretion in denying a mistrial after an isolated gang reference and in admitting photographs, and that any error concerning four photographs was harmless.
