Summary
The Court accepted the Special Master's findings that Karen Lynn Pass negligently violated the trust-account and nonlawyer-supervision rules in two client matters. Although no client ultimately suffered an unreimbursed loss, Pass failed to maintain records, reconcile her IOLTA account, and adequately supervise an employee who misappropriated client funds. Because Pass had prior discipline, the Court imposed a public reprimand with conditions requiring consultation with the Bar's Law Practice Management Section. All Justices concurred.
