Summary

The court held that the evidence was legally sufficient to support Hinton's convictions because the jury was entitled to credit the victim's identification and consider corroborating evidence. It also held that the trial court properly denied a new trial under the thirteenth-juror standard and that the aggravated-assault conviction involving the robbery victim had to merge into the armed-robbery conviction. The judgment was therefore affirmed in part and vacated in part.
