Summary
The Supreme Court of Georgia held that the parties' course of conduct could modify the management agreement to expand Access Management's contractual responsibilities beyond those stated in the original writing. Because evidence supported the jury's finding that Access Management breached the modified agreement, the Court reversed the Court of Appeals' directed-verdict ruling and reinstated the breach-of-contract verdict. The Court also vacated the Court of Appeals' resolution of the double-recovery issue and remanded for consideration of that issue.
