The court held that the trial court improperly excluded the entirety of defense expert Sean Alexander's testimony under Georgia's criminal discovery statute. The statute applied only to testimony presenting the results of physical or mental examinations or scientific tests or experiments, and the State did not show that Alexander's accident-reconstruction opinion depended on the potentially undisclosed roll test. Because Alexander's testimony could have supported the defense theory that Green's truck was uncontrolled, the exclusion was not harmless and the judgment was reversed.
