Summary

The Supreme Court of Georgia affirmed most of Joseph Irvine Harris’s convictions and sentences, but reversed the false imprisonment convictions because the evidence was insufficient. The Court also held that Harris’s claimed errors – the undisclosed jail‑call evidence, the denial of a severance motion, and the admission of other‑acts evidence – were either not preserved or harmless and therefore not reversible.
